Refunds are issued by CWMLA on the following schedule:
Box Lacrosse
- Full refund less $55 mandatory insurance fees will be awarded up to the Sunday before the start of tryouts
- 50% less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees up to the Friday of the third week after the completion of the players representative assessment (i.e. player has had three full weeks of programming with their respective team)
- Refunds awarded, less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees, under special circumstances as presented to the CWMLA executive at a regular monthly meeting
Spring Field Lacrosse
- Full refund less $55 mandatory insurance fees will be awarded up to the Friday before the start of of regular spring season
- 50% less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees up to the Friday of the third week after the start of the spring season
- Refunds awarded, less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees, under special circumstances as presented to the CWMLA executive at a regular monthly meeting
Local League / Boys & Girls Programming
- Full refund less $55 mandatory insurance fees will be awarded up to the Sunday before the start of the regular season
- 50% less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees up to the Friday of the third week after the start of the regular season
- Refunds awarded, less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees, under special circumstances as presented to the CWMLA executive at a regular monthly meeting

- Full refund less $55 mandatory insurance fees will be awarded up to the third week of play
- Refunds awarded, less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees, under special circumstances as presented to the CWMLA executive at a regular monthly meeting
