Pre-Game Warm-up and Post-Game Recovery Rituals

We have secured a certified trainer to assist our athletes in their pre/post activity warmup/cool down rituals. Our Head Trainer has taken careful consideration to ensure CW Minor Lacrosse was able to secure the right person, and we are very excited to have Aimee Young of Living 2B Awesome on board with us for the 2022 season.

Aimee has developed a comprehensive program that can be utilized across all of our programs with all of our athletes. You will be provided with additional video training references after your training session with Living 2B Awesome, but we can get started already with some simple fueling tips, a starter pre-game warm-up and post-game cool down set of flash cards.
