The boys box lacrosse season starts up in late March/early April. We commence the season with an assessment process where our 1st team coaching run the players through a series of drills to determine their skill level. Players are given the opportunity for three distinct floor times, with coaches having the ability to release players to the next team.
I love watching lacrosse because it's fast and I love the energy in the barn at game time. My son loves playing as a Riverhawk because of his coaches, they teach him how to improve his skills and be part of a team and he gets to play his favorite sport with his closest friends.

This Tuesday, October 7th, starting at 5:30pm in the Jefferson Elora Community Centre Hall, we will be hosting the 2025 CWMLA AGM. The most effective way to create change and shape the future of our community can be through volunteering for small organizations that have a great impact. Make sure that you are there to create an opportunity to effect change for the future.
Hard to believe yet another Lacrosse season is almost over. Fall 6's have started with Provincials the weekend of October 25/26. The CWMLA Awards Banquet and AGM will happen on Tuesday October 7th - 5:30 pm at the Jefferson Elora Arena Hall. Award nominations are due Monday September 22th at 7 pm.
